1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter, cocoa, and buttermilk to boil. Add confectioners sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Spread on warm brownies. Nuts may be added.
