PASTA SALAD 
2 sm. pkg. curly pasta
2-3 stalks celery, diced
1 lg. can ripe olives, sliced
1 lg. red onion, diced
1 lb. lg. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley
3-4 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. bottle Viva Italian dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to package. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain well again. Mix all vegetables together in large bowl with pasta. Add dressing and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Other additions that are also great in this salad are shrimp, carrots, broccoli, or cauliflower.
