PORK CHOPS SUPREME 
4 lean pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
4 thin onion slices
4 thin lemon slices
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. catsup

Heat oven to 350 degrees (moderate). Season well with salt. Place in a 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch pan or large baking dish. Top each pork chop with an onion slice and a lemon slice. Mix the brown sugar and catsup together and place 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each pork chop. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally.

Makes 4 servings.
