CHUCK ROAST 
Chuck roast
1 pkg. onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Use a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap around meat. Place in large shallow pan. Stir contents of onion soup and sprinkle half over aluminum foil. Place meat on onion mixture with largest surface up. Spread with undiluted mushroom soup and sprinkle remaining onion mixture on top. Fold edges of foil to secure seal. Bake at 352 degrees for about 2 hours or until desired. Pour gravy and pass with meat.
