SCALLOPS AND BACON 
1 pkg. toothpicks
1/2 lb. bay scallops
1 c. Italian bread crumbs (seasoned)
1/2 lb. bacon cut into 1/4 inch strips

In a large bowl, toss washed scallops in the bread crumbs until well coated. Wrap each scallop with a piece of bacon and secure the bacon with a toothpick. Place your prepared pieces on a cookie sheet and broil for 5 minutes until bacon is crispy.
