CABBAGE AND CORN BEEF 
1 lg. green cabbage, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. water
1 can corn beef
Seasoning (you may use beef bouillon or fat back depending on your diet needs)

Place cabbage and water in large saucepan. Bring to boil. Add onions, salt, pepper and seasoning. Let cook until tender and almost dry. Remove corn beef from can (in one piece if possible) and place on top of cabbage. Cover with lid and let simmer about 15 minutes longer.
