1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Take the first 4 ingredients and put them into a 10" greased glass pie dish. Mix them lightly. Next, blend the remaining ingredients in blender or mixing bowl and pour them over the ingredients already in the greased pie dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
