SHRIMP IN LOBSTER SAUCE 
1/2 lb. shrimp
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. ground pork
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. green scallions
Sherry to taste
Vegetable oil
2 slightly beaten eggs

In wok or frying pan, add oil, garlic, onions. Heat for 1 minute. Stir in pork. Add sherry, soy sauce. Cook for 2 minutes. Add shrimp, chicken broth and cornstarch. Bring to boil and cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Pour in eggs - stir. Serve with rice.
