SALMON LOAF 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
2/3 c. chopped green pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
2 eggs
1 lb. can salmon
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion

Combine butter, flour and milk to make cream sauce. Add cheese, green pepper, salt and black pepper. Mix eggs with salmon. In a greased baking dish place layer of salmon, layer of sauce, layer of crumbs, etc. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned.
