DANDELION JELLY 
1 qt. dandelion blossoms (without stems)
1 qt. water
1 pkg. pectin
2 tsp. real lemon juice
4 1/2 c. sugar

In early morning, pick 1 quart blossoms without any stems. Boil blossoms with 1 quart water for 3 minutes. Drain off 3 cups of liquid; add one pack pectin and lemon juice. Add 4 1/2 cups sugar. Boil 3 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
