ITALIAN SAUSAGE & DANDELIONS 
Brown 2 pounds of bulk sausage. Add water and a little tomato sauce (optional). Cook for 1 hour. Boil dandelions separate until tender. Mix the 2 together and let come to a boil.

In a bowl beat 5 eggs and a handful of Romano cheese. Add it to the boiling mixture and continue to cook, stirring until the egg is cooked and coated on the dandelions.
