DANDELION SALAD | |
Boil 4 or 5 medium size potatoes. Then mash with fork. Clean and cut up dandelions to 2/3 bowl full. Boil 3 eggs. Cut up two and put in dandelions and potatoes. Chop 1/2 cup onion and put on salad. DRESSING: Mix two eggs in bowl with 2 tablespoons sugar, salt and pepper and 1/2 cup vinegar. Beat well, then cook in skillet with 3 tablespoons of bacon grease. Cook until eggs are done. Pour over salad. Slice 1 boiled egg on top. |
