PEANUT BUTTER PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
1/3 c. ice water

Combine flour, salt and shortening, with pastry cutter. Add peanut butter and ice water. Chill. Be careful not to overwork. Makes two single pie crusts. Bake at 425 degrees until lightly browned.
