JUICY MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
3 tsp. brown sugar
3 tsp. vinegar
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix the ground chuck, bread crumbs, onion, celery, egg, salt, pepper and add half of the mixture of tomato sauce, water, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Form into loaf and place in loaf pan. Pour remaining mixture over loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Pour off surplus sauce, remove from pan and slice.
