HUNGARIAN POTATOES 
10 to 12 lg. red potatoes
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 med. diced onion
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Boil potatoes, leaving skins on. Cool and dice. Mix together sour cream, soup, butter and onion. Combine mixture with potatoes and pour into a well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
