PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE-CHIP
COOKIES
 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. light brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. eggs
12 oz. chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour and baking soda. Beat peanut butter, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in eggs with mixer on low speed, gradually beat in flour mixture just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded teaspoons full of dough on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute before removing them from cookie sheet.
