CRAN-APPLE SALAD 
10-12 apples, peeled and halved
1 pkg. fresh cranberries, finely chopped
1 (3 oz.) cherry Jello (I use sugar free)
Sugar or Equal

Peel and cook apples in just enough water to keep from burning. When apples are soft, break up with fork. While hot add 1 package dry cherry Jello. Stir until Jello is mixed well. Stir in chopped cranberries. Add enough sugar to your taste.
