NO SUGAR COOKIES 
3 med.-sized ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. uncooked oat bran or Cream of Wheat
1/2 c. dried fruit, chopped (apples, peaches, raisins, dates or apricots)
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. raw oats
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. liquid sweetener

Grease cookie sheet. Drop one inch apart, flatten slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until lightly brown. Cool on wire rack. More oat bran may be added for firmer cookies.
