8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. chopped peanuts
1 fresh peach, diced
1 to 2 fresh peaches, sliced

Mix first 5 ingredients. Chill. Top with diced peaches. Serve on crackers or bread rounds. Top with peach slice that has been dipped in orange juice. Makes 15 appetizers.
