1 Jiffy cake mix, yellow
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can evaporated milk, lg. - add milk to make 2 c.
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix cake according to package directons. Bake in 9x13 pan 14 minutes or until done.

Mix other ingredients together. Spread over cooled cake. Then add 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained. Spread over pudding mix. Top with 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip and spread coconut over top.
