CINNAMON WALNUT ROLLS 
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. flour
3-4 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. butter

Combine walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. In another bowl, mash butter and cream cheese until almost smooth. Add flour and pinch of salt. Mix like pastry. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time. Mix well until it starts to form a ball. With hands shape into ball and slightly flatten.

Roll dough into 12 x 9 inch rectangle. Spread with softened butter. Sprinkle with walnut mixture. Roll up from long side and seam side down. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 12 rolls.
