BAVARIAN TART 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. chopped nuts

Mix well.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 lg. can Bartlett pears
1 tsp. cinnamon

Press crust in bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Set aside.

FILLING: Beat filling ingredients until smooth and pour on crust. Set aside.

TOPPING: Drain and cut into wedges a large can of Bartlett pears. Place on cream cheese filling. Sprinkle all over with cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes and cut while warm. Refrigerate.
