1 c. soft butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
5 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

ICING:

1/2 c. Crisco
2 lb. confectioners' sugar
Vanilla & water added for correct consistency

Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Blend dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 425 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Makes 60 cookies. Frost with icing.
