POTATO PIE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground beef
Onion, diced to taste
1 egg
1/4 c. oatmeal
1 3/4 c. mashed potatoes
1 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Fry hamburger and onions. Drain. Mix half a can of soup, egg, oatmeal, salt and pepper with beef. Spread on pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Spoon off fat. Spread with mashed potatoes, top with remaining soup. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Bake until cheese is melted.
