CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli
3 c. cut-up chicken
Velveeta cheese slices
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can French fried onion rings

Grease 9x13 pan. Place uncooked broccoli on bottom. Put chicken over that. Mix soup and salad dressing and pour over. Spread the water chestnuts on and then the cheese slices. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Spread onion rings on top and bake 20 minutes longer. May be made ahead and refrigerated.
