OATMEAL PANCAKES 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 2/3 c. milk
1 c. oats
1 egg

Beat all ingredients with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth. Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle (greased if necessary). Cook until edges are dry, turn. Cook until golden brown. Makes about 18 (4-inch) pancakes.

For no cholesterol oatmeal pancakes substitute skim milk, 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup frozen cholesterol free egg produce for the egg.
