2 red apples, cored and diced (do not peel) 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained, do not keep juice 1 med. jar maraschino cherries, drained, do not keep juice 1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drained (reserve juice) 1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding 4 tsp. Tang breakfast drink Mix pineapple juice, pudding, Tang and whip with a fork until thick. Pour over the above and marinate overnight. Just before serving, cut up 2 bananas and mix 1 cup pecans (optional). |
