QUICHE 
1/4 c. onions
1/4 c. green pepper
1 c. mushrooms
12 slices bacon, fried crisp
1 c. Swiss cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 c. Half and Half or whipping cream
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat slightly and pour over pie shell (9 inch pie shell). Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees; bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
