MEATBALL STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
Bread crumbs
Splash of milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
Egg noodles

Mix meat, onion, bread crumbs, and milk together for meatballs. Season with salt and pepper. Roll into meatballs and partially brown in broiler.

Mix soup and milk in large skillet and meatballs; simmer. Serve over buttered egg noodles.

Give my children, any dinner with noodles and it's gone!
