SPAGHETTI SUPPER PIE 
2 c. cooked spaghetti
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 jar homemade spaghetti sauce or store prepared

In large bowl combine cooked spaghetti, eggs, Parmesan cheese and parsley. In a greased 9 inch pie plate layer half of the spaghetti mixture and layer with half of the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with your spaghetti sauce. Cut spaghetti pie into wedges. Serves 4 to 6.
