CREAMY WHITE FROSTING | |
1 lb. confectioners' sugar 1/3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar 1 c. Crisco 1 tsp. vanilla Place all ingredients in large bowl of electric mixer. Mix slowly to combine all ingredients and then beat on high speed until fluffy. The more you beat it, the better it is. For butter flavor, instead of 1 cup Crisco, use 1/2 cup Crisco and 1 stick soft butter. For chocolate flavor use 2 to 4 tbsp. of cocoa. For peanut butter flavor use 2 to 4 tablespoons peanut butter. Bake a cake mix. Pour into a greased and floured 10 x 15 jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Light brown. Cool and frost cake. |
