BROCCOLI CHICKEN BREAST 
8 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
Salt and pepper
1 can broccoli cream soup
1 can milk

Salt and pepper both sides of chicken. Brown chicken in skillet with small amount of oil. Place chicken breasts in baking dish or foil covered aluminum baking pan. Mix soup and milk. Cover chicken breasts with mixture. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and let brown about 15 minutes. You can substitute broccoli soup with cheese soup or cream of mushroom soup or use your own choice.
