POLYNESIAN CHICKEN 
2 cut up chicken
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 (#2) can pineapple tidbits
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice

Dust chicken with flour and spices. Brown in skillet on all sides in butter melted. Remove chicken and add orange juice mixed with some of the pineapple juice, soy sauce and sugar. Stir up all chicken bits and browning into sauce. Place chicken skin side down in pan or casserole; pour sauce over and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning chicken once halfway through cooking time. When you turn chicken add the pineapple tidbits and baste with sauce.
