CABBAGE ROLLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. rice (not minute)
1 egg
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
1 lg. onion (finely chopped)

Mix all ingredients together. Place a head of cabbage in boiling water to soften leaves. Remove from boiling water. Drain and stuff leaves with mixture.

Place sauerkraut in bottom of a roasting pan. Sprinkle with paprika and allspice. Arrange cabbage rolls on top. Add a little more paprika and allspice. Pour a can of tomato juice on rolls and bake at 300 degrees for about 2 hours.
