6 lb. chuck roast 1 stalk celery 3 lg. onions 1 green pepper 1 sm. bottle ketchup 2 tbsp. BBQ sauce 3 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce 2 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 c. water Mix ingredients together. Pour over chuck roast. Bake at 325-350 degrees for approximately 2 hours or until meat shreds apart. |
