LEMON GARLIC CHICKEN 
Frying size chicken, cut up or chicken pieces (legs, thighs or breasts)

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. Butter Buds
1/2 c. lemon juice
Lemon rind
2 or 3 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 to 1/2 c. orange concentrate
1/2 to 3/4 c. water

Mix ingredients for sauce. Dredge chicken in flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. Bake in greased pan at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn chicken over. Pour on sauce. Bake an additional 1/2 hour.
