GRANNY'S ENCHILADAS | |
1 pt. plain yogurt 3 c. chicken, cooked & diced 1 can pitted black olives, sliced 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 12 flour tortillas 1 jar salsa Mix yogurt and dressing mix. Save some to sprinkle on top. Add chicken, cheese and olives. Spoon into tortillas and roll. Place seam side down in a baking dish. Sprinkle tops with remaining dressing mix and some cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with salsa. These can be made ahead and frozen. |
