FRIED GREEN TOMATOES 
1 lb. or 4 green tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper (to taste)
1 1/4 c. Kentucky Kernel Flour and Meal Mix
3/4 c. oil

Wash and slice tomatoes 1/4 inch thick. Mix salt and pepper to flour mixture, coat each slice well. Fry in hot oil until each side is nicely brown.
