CARAMEL DIP 
1 can Borden Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 lg. soup pot

Fill pot to top with water. Remove label from can (do not open can) and place in pot on its side. Boil 3 hours.

Empty and serve with sliced tart apples to dip into the caramel which has crystalized to a soft texture.

This is fun to serve to guests. I have it still cooking for about 1/2 hour. Everyone looks in the pot to see what you're doing.
