2 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 lg. egg - should make 1/4 c. - you may add water to make it a 1/4 c.

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix butter, egg, vanilla together, mix all together and fill cookie press and press on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees.
