STRAWBERRY SHERBET 
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 qt. whole milk

Dissolve Jello and sugar in water then add milk. Pour in container and freeze for 1 hour. Take out and beat to a mushy consistency. Add 1/2 cup homemade strawberry jam and return to freezer until hard. I use quart jars for a quick freeze.
