CRAB STEW 
3 med. potatoes, grated
1/2 block butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Water (just enough to cook potatoes and onions)
1 sm. onion, grated
1 container crabmeat
2 c. milk (additional may be added)

Cook potatoes, onions, butter, salt, and pepper together until tender. Stir in crabmeat. Let sit for 1 hour (optional - this allows flavor to blend for richer taste). Add milk to mixture. Let simmer for a few minutes. Don't allow milk to boil.
