STUFFED SALMON 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. parsley
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place in 2 quart pan tossed and mixed well and stuff in fish. 350 degrees, 45-50 minutes (5-7 minutes per pound).
