CREAM OF PEA SOUP 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 slice bacon
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour

Cook peas according to package directions. Fry bacon until crisp, remove from pan. Stir in flour in fat until blended and add milk. Heat until thick.

Pour peas into blender or food processor, make a smooth puree. Add rest of ingredients, heat and serve with crisp bacon bits on top.
