BUTTERMILK DONUTS 
1 can buttermilk biscuits
Oil
Cool Whip
Granulated or powdered sugar

Heat oil or shortening. Open can of biscuits and poke your finger into the biscuit and stretch the dough a bit to look like a donut. Fry into hot oil or shortening. Brown on one side and turn donut over until brown. Yields 10 donuts.

Roll in granulated sugar or powdered sugar. Donuts can be cut apart and frosted with Cool Whip, serve as a knee cap.
