SPINACH DIP 
1 can spinach
1 tub Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pkg. Ranch dressing (original)
1 can water chestnuts
2 round loaves of sour dough or Hawaiian bread

Slice water chestnuts thin. Wash and drain spinach several times. Squeeze out excess moisture. Mix spinach, cream cheese, water chestnuts and dry Ranch dressing until well blended. Slice the top off one loaf of bread. Scoop out center of bread creating a bowl. Spoon dip mixture into center of bread. Break up second loaf and excess bread from first loaf into chunks.

To serve: Arrange bread around 1st loaf containing mixture. Use small knife to spread dip on bread chunks.
