ST. PAUL'S RICE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 c. rice
2 pkgs. dehydrated chicken noodle soup
1 bell pepper
1 onion
Sliced mushrooms or slivered almonds (optional)

Brown and drain sausage. Combine 1/2 cup rice and 2 packages dehydrated chicken noodle soup in 4 1/2 cups boiling water. Cook 7 minutes. Add bell pepper and 1 onion chopped fine. Mix together and bake covered for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
