1 lb. hot sausage, crumbled and cooked
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick

Melt cheese in double boiler. Mix in sausage and Bisquick. Form into balls the size of walnuts.

Bake 15 minutes at 350°F. These freeze very well. Freeze on cookie sheet, remove and store in bags in freezer.
