6 eggs, separated 1/2 pt. heavy cream 1/2 lb. confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Good brandy (peach flavor is good) Nutmeg or cinnamon Beat egg whites until foamy then add sugar (slowly) and vanilla. Beat egg yolks and add slowly to the egg white mixture. Whip cream and fold into egg mixture. To serve: 1/2 teacup of hot water. Add 1 shot of brandy and top with egg mixture to fill cup. Garnish with nutmeg or cinnamon. |
