CHRISTMAS CHEESE BALL 
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) cream cheese
1 jar (5 oz.) smokey cheese spread
1 jar (5 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese spread
1/3 c. crumbled Roquefort cheese
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. evaporated milk
Paprika - Finely ground nuts

Put cheese, onion and Worcestershire into a 1 1/2 quart bowl.

Let stand at room temperature until soft. Mix gradually with the evaporated milk. Mix well. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Place chilled mixture on waxed paper. Shape into ball. Just before serving, roll in paprika and finely ground nuts. Place a sprig of artificial holly in top. Serves 24.
